We have a lot of these for Izz, so I'm gonna do a review for all that we have tried so far. Listed according to which we have tried first and so on.
ANGEL BABY BOTTOM BALM
Pros: natural, widely available in Malaysia, cloth diaper friendly, good for mild rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area
Cons: expensive, doesn't work for moderate/severe rashes, not a good barrier cream if diaper area has existing rash or when baby is having diarrhea
BUDS BABY BUM BALM
Pros: natural, widely available in Malaysia, cloth diaper friendly, good for mild rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area
Cons: expensive, doesn't work for moderate/severe rashes, not a good barrier cream if diaper area has existing rash or when baby is having diarrhea
BEPANTHEN
Pros: quite cheap, widely available in Malaysia, works on cracked nipples, cloth diaper friendly, good for mild rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area
Cons: doesn't work for moderate/severe rashes, not a good barrier cream if diaper area has existing rash or when baby is having diarrhea
DRAPOLENE
Pros: cheap, widely available in Malaysia, good for mild rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area

CJ's BUTTer PLUS
Pros: natural, cloth diaper friendly, great for yeast rash, good for mild/moderate/severe rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area
Cons: is not widely available in Malaysia, expensive, not a good barrier cream when baby is having diarrhea

Pros: good for mild/moderate/severe rashes, good to maintain non-problematic diaper area, a great barrier cream when baby is having diarrhea

At the moment, Izz is using Dr. Smith's on a daily basis. I just bought GRANDMA EL'S DIAPER RASH REMEDY AND PREVENTION as an alternative to Dr. Smith's, as I planned to cloth diaper Izz again soon. I have yet to try Grandma El's so I cannot comment on it yet.

mama selalu guna krim palmer.... sangat bagus (bagi mama la).... krim ni berasaskan butter.... harga 125g RM27(x tau mahal ka x bg awak ^_^).. tapi yg bagusnya dari sikit2 ruam smpai la dah tahap teruk, ia tetap berkesan untuk baby saya..... jus4 sharing... ^_^
