Apartment kat Semenyih SOLD!

Yes, our apartment kat Semenyih is finally sold. Not 100% finalized lg sbb nk process loan and everything (I guess very soon akan pindah milik la kot). Actually lama dh SAYA nk jual. Saleh xnk jual sbb dia nk convert the place into a photo studio. TAPI sbb nk jdkan the place into a proper studio pun akan cost more money, plan Saleh x jalan2 smpi la sekarang. And since Saleh got into the accident a few months back, we've been spending money like drinking water. Bila dh mcm tu, mula la kepala ni pikir camne nk reduce unnecessary spending. I mentioned in my earlier post that I was the one in charge of finance for our family, so bila dh kering je manjang, saya gak la kena pikir tang mana nk cut budget.

The first obvious spending yg rasa x perlu is of course for the apartment kat Semenyih. Sbb nye kitorg x duduk sana lg. Tp byr utk loan tiap2 bulan without fail. Saleh was saying elok la ada property. Sbb property x depreciate, tp appreciate in value. Nnt2 bleh la jual and dpt untung. Tp yg saya x tahan is BILA? haha. yes, i know it takes time but I don't think I can wait. I was also thinking (way back then), kalau la x jual pun, later2 me and saleh bleh duduk sana. kalau apa2 jd, at least we have our own place. xde la kena rely kat rumah sewa. BUT sejak dh duduk kat govt quarters kat putrajaya yg SGT LUAS ni, terasa apartment kat Semenyih tu kecik gile. hehehe. this is one of the reasons saya nk sgt jual the apartment kat Semenyih. if i want to have a place of my (our) own, i want a bigger one. not bungalow big, but big. equivalent to the govt quarter where we are staying now would be great. x kecik sgt, x besar sgt. i don't fancy a bungalow, sbb i'm LAZY. i'm not shy to admit this sbb i am indeed LAZY. rumah besar kena kemas lebih, so leceh. nk byr org, kedekut. hahaha. jd nye, xyah la duduk rumah besar sgt. medium size dh ok. and sbb i know SALEH is LAZY as well, baik la x duduk landed property. xde mana dia nk gi tebas lalang. baik dia main PS3. hahaha

saleh ada suggest sewa je the apartment kat Semenyih, meaning jgn jual, tp sewa. but saya malas nk pikir psl sewa. sbb nye i don't want to face the possibility to personally know any TENANT FROM HELL. ye... kan slalu dh dgr citer, penyewa xnk byr la, penyewa rosakkan rumah la, penyewa dh kena halau tp xnk blah la, penyewa psycho la, ini la, itu la, and byk citer lg. jd nye, x payah la nk sewa2 ni. never!

anyway, yesterday both saleh and i cuti utk kemas2 brg utk take out from the apartment kat Semenyih. apparently the buyer nk masuk next week jugak (before puasa). the agreement: selagi loan nk beli the apartment x finalized, dia nk sewa dulu from us. i agreed, asal we get some money for it ok la. esok lori akan dtg angkut brg bwk ke putrajaya.

p/s: saya x paham kalau govt servant x reti nk bersyukur kalau dh dpt duduk quarters. mmg la gaji rendah sikit, but sedar x the govt actually puts a roof over your head. bkn quarters yg cikai2 ok, tp yg good decent ones. korg byr lak sikit je. kalau nk compare dgn actual market rent rate, xde mana korg akan dpt yg setaraf dgn quarters yg korg duduk tu. i'm talking about the ones yg kat putrajaya specifically. jd nye tlg la bersyukur sikit. kadang2 tu reti nk complain je. bonus xde la, naik gaji ciput la. hahaha

plg byk ialah hadiah kawin (yg smpi skarang x bukak2) yg nk di bwk ke putrajaya. org2 yg dtg majlis belah saleh dulu sgt la x creative, sbb byk gile dpt gelas. maybe dlm 20 sets kot.

dr bilik tidur x byk. katil dgn almari tinggal. set dibeli dr cavenzi dulu. SHITTY quality. tilam bwk, mahal oo beli dulu, RM1k.

middle room pun x byk sgt. benda2 yg bersepah atas lantai tu semua dr dlm almari. itu je. tmpt ampaian bwk la kot. bleh bg mak in case perlu another one at home. hehe.

  4. fadli: insurance byr monthly pun ciput je, nk income hape nye. kalau premium byk, yes, maybe ada la income. x kena byr apa2 utk hospitalization and treatment dh cukup bagus.

    aly: untung xde la byk sbb kitorg dh spent agak byk utk kitchen kabinet, grill, appliances, wiring, etc. kalau untung bersih (betul2 bersih) ada la 10k kot. apa2 pun, aku happy dh dpt jual. itu lebih penting.

  5. Anis - ciput, but if kena dgn plan yg betul ada incomenya. Sebab tu the best insuran plan is plan yg inforce and plan yg memenuhi kehendak kita. :)

    Normally client2 aku akan disediakan elaun hospital RM200/day, if kes accident ada elaun MC lagi RM300/week and plus up to RM2.5K/surgery if ada surgery. :)

    elaun2 ni boleh laa tampung semula duit2 yg kita gunakan untuk bayar duit parking kat spital, duit tol, duit minyak...belanja harian dll. Premium lebih skit but ni part of secure saving. In long term, 20-30 years..Insya Allah, we can get back premium yg kita bayar or more. 20-30 tahun ngam2 masa bersara, so boleh la jadikan tambahan for retirement fund, selain EPF dan lain2..

    hahaha..sorry, cam dah out of topic lak, ko cerita pasal jual rumah..aku dah kelain..but aku share coz both of u dah rasa cam mana duit tu mengalir cam air bila berlaku keadaan yg begitu...

  6. samalah kita...dulu menyewa rumah PKNS 1 bilik je, almaklumlah. 3 beranak. skang menyewa lg, (xbleh beli umah sbb blum piki nak menetap) 3 bilik pula, 2 bilik mcm kandang pecah. ibu pki 1 utk letak buku2, while ayah pki lg 1 utk letak acessory kete ngn moto yg lama2 tp syg nak buang. bgus lg bilik 1, sng kemas! huhu!

  7. fadli: ye kitorg tau sgt2 dh psl income2 tu. and kitorg punye policy pun ada gak those income tp sbb saleh masuk govt hosp, income dia ciput je. sbb malas nk claim, kitorg xde la claim. buang masa nk uruskan paperwork je, tp nnt dpt nye x sebrp. anyway, kitorg punye agent pun dh berbuih mulut cakap psl those income tp sbb kitorg xnk byr premium lebih... so dpt apa yg sanggup byr je la kan. cakap la camne best income ini, best income itu, tp bottomline, kena sanggup byr dulu before bole dpt those income. and bottomline lg, kitorg xnk byr. comprende? haha. dh, xmau dgr dh citer psl insurance. kitorg tau, bkn xtau ok.

    asal lak masuk spital gomen ciput lak income? normally income ni sama jer sama ada masuk gomen or swasta, x ada beza.

    Claim tu buat jer anis, bagi document kat agent, agent akan buat..bukan kena buat sendiri pun. nanti tunggu cheque sampai jer laa... :) walaupun tak seberapa, tapi membantu juga... :)
