It has been a while since I last blogged. I think I got lazy. Extremely lazy! Not just lazy to write but lazy in all sorts of things.
First of all, lazy to do my work. This is not your normal it's-not-the-closing-so-maybe-I-can-do-it-later lazy. This is the mother of all laziness. I noticed it's already been 3 years that I have been doing the same thing, so perhaps I need something new. I have NEVER been on the same job this long. So this is a new record for me. I hope I can rotate to a new role soon *keeping fingers crossed*. InsyaAllah.
I am also lazy to cloth diaper Izz. I am now an official CDer dropout. I feel guilty (being environment friendly konon), but I do honestly feel guilty about this. I've spent so much for them and now I don't use them anymore. I want to, really, but the whole extra laundry thing is just not working out. Sometimes even our normal clothes got stuck in the laundry basket for days, so there's no way I'm gonna add dirty CDs into the equation.
The rest would be the same I guess. Lazy to cook is always a permanent thing with me. Since I got married about 2.5 months ago, I cooked twice and both times the same menu, fried rice. So you know how lazy I am about cooking.
Having said all these, I must say how lucky I am to be married to someone who is kind of opposite of me on those things. In terms of work, I know Zul is really dedicated that it's annoys me sometimes. Hehe. And he has been doing the same job for 7 years I think. As for the laundry, he does it for us sometimes, and lately, quite often. While he doesn't cook, he makes sure that Izz and I are well fed, especially me. I gained like 5kg since I got married, and yes I know, that is not good :(
Anyway, back to the topic, that's the only thing I am currently not lazy about. Online shopping at poplook. I have been shopping like mad lately. The frenzy started last year, and continues on this year. The pattern looks like this is gonna be a monthly affair. I find it easier to shop online these days because I am just so lazy to go out and buy clothes from an actual shop. See... there's the lazy factor in there again. Hehe
So far I am liking the Poppy tunics very much, especially the one size items. They fit me very well (remember the 5kg weight gain). For the ones with size, I normally choose L or XL if they have that option. While most are ok in terms of quality, some was not sewn well. I find tear here and there after it's out of the washing machine.
I bought only one dress so far from poplook and I don't really like it. It makes me look short and fat. I don't think it's the dress' fault though.

| See how I persevered to confirm my purchase just 2 days ago. Twice failed attempt as the ipay thingy just wasn't functioning. So I used paypal. It's important to ensure you have options on how to pay for your purchase. Just in case things like this happen. :) |
